At the meeting it was announced that in view of the fact
that the general public regarded members of Triad Societies
as undesirables and bad characters, the Generalissimo and
the Headquarters of the Hung Moon in Shanghai had decided
to change the name of the Hung Moon to the Kuomintang New
Social Reconstruction Association, Hong Kong branch.
General LI has been elected Chairman of the new association
in Hong Kong.
