Kong and will not injure the good feeling of the Chinese
towards the British by speaking without due consideration.
This will be a big test of British Colonial policy and we
believe that the British people will sympathize with us
Chinese.

organized by Hong Kong's leading English newspaper, the
South China Morning Post, is being strongly supported by
