What would you cover a roof with. They have got cement (7521

I have tried putting on tiles, but they dont make it watertight. The only thing I have foundis ashphalt. When you say impervious for an ordinary floor, lime
concrete is good enough.
Is not your experience here that where you have taken 17529 up an old floor and found it is not impervious, that
the damp has come from the bottom and not from the top, and if ya dug out a bleak that the lower two inches would be impoverished from the damy rising ?
