in ordered by the Board, and that they are all under

the Sanitary Board. Ir Pollosk asked you some questions

with regard to Ordinance 23 af 1903, and among other

things, he said, (quotes from evidence), I rather

gathered from what you have given since that you have

rather gone back on that, that you consider that so

far as the day to day work of the Department is

concerned, the whole matter is controlled by the

President, the P. C. M. O., and not by the Banitary

Board
