There are more than four characters on it, What does he mean by saying four characters, when he told the Commission more than four characters ? It is a mistake owing to the man's mispronunciation of Cantonese. He is a swatow man, and does not pronounce Cantonese very well. It should have been 42, instead of 4, (meaning house number).
