It is only an entry with Mr Woolley's name in it. Apparently the idea was to go through the book to see if there was any
incriminating entries.
Is there anything you think the Commission ought to kr beyond what you have already told us ?
Shelton Hooper:- Is the date still here (pointing to the entry ) ?

Do you mean by that that he may have destroyed books or kept 4194
then back or that he never did keep proper books ?
I don't think he kept back books but I think he has been
keeping books in any way he likes. He does not keep a proper
set of business books.
I thought men of that class were so very careful in keeping 4196
books. Is that usual? That is a very important point because
if we are satisfied he has kept books and not produced them, -
that is contempt. If he is careless he can only be punished
by being dealt with the "The Boot The Thinking of her then by boom brush shipt
He does not like people to kana what his businesa really is.
