C.0.8.321/6 of the 15th March enclosing the draft of a telegram to Admiral Harcourt about the continuance of
military administration in Hong Kong
after the 1st April. As I told you by telephone on Saturday last, we had no
comments on the draft and I see that the telegram has in fact now issued.

copy of a minute which I sent to
Mr. Rowan, the Prime Minister's Private Secretary, on the 14th March.
