ANNEX
EMPLOYMENT OF 3 COMMANDO BRIGADE
IN HONG KONG
In
Personnel of the Brigade are at present employed on dispersed duties with heavy guard commitments which give little opportunity for any form of training. any case, few facilities exist in Hony ong and there are no schools available here officers, N. C. O. and specialists can undergo courses.
2. By April, 1947, Commandos will have complcted 18 months in Hong Kong where they have neither been cmployed nor trained in a Comando role.
3. Since November, 1945, no less than 2,100 replacements (90% of the War establishment) have joined the Brigade. The se replacements are little more than raw recruits who have had little or no unit training.
