Security Officer, Hong Kong, whether
it would be possible to obtain a copy
of a document entitled "INTERNAL SECURITY SCHEME", which was the appendix to a paper prepared in 1941, called "MAIN HONG KONG DEFENCE SCHEME".
I understand that a copy of this has already been requested by H.E. the Governor. If in fact it is available, I should be most grateful if a copy could be sent to us for transmission to the D.S.O.
