CONCLUSIONS.

As the overall defense policy for the Far East is not yet knom and there is no knowledge of the forces which could be called upon from Malaya or other areas in the event of hostilities of any nature, this appreciation has been made out on the assumption that no additional support would be forths asing except where no stated.

RECO MENDATIONS.
