These aircraft would be available to carry out reconnaissance, to form a strildng force and to provide bombardment spotting. As the Royal Air Force may encounter considerable difficulty in flying replacement aircraft into the Colony over the large distances involved through foreign territory, it is for consideration that a carrier be available in the Singaporo aroc.
