defence of Malaya.

on short term armament plan.

Malaya local foros with British increment, giving your recommendations for organisation, terms of
service, pay eto.
Suggest terms of service and pay should conform to terms of service proposed for Malay Regt. Consider Force should be raised as compment of
British regular Army.
