First. Conditions of transfer of HKSRA personnel to
Indian army and suggested mustering out terms being despatched to you by air
9 May.
Second, Estimate four months required to disband HKSRA
after receipt your final disbandment order.
Jun final date of disbandment can be 15 Oct.
Assuming this arrives by 15
Third. Essential retain small depot and records for
twelve months after receipt disbandment order to clear up outstanding pay
querics and deal with stragglers.
Fourth. Lt Col Barrett comdg 1 HAA Regt HKSRA boing
despatched UK 12 May to assist in clearing up outstanding details.
