Personal for General Savory fros General Roberts.
Please convey to all ranks H.Si. deep regret of ry Council at
necessity for disbanding Corps after valuable and honoured service
throughout its long history. The fine service rendered at all times
and particularly during fighting against Japanese in Hong Kong and
Malaya have been in keeping with the highest traditions of the Army.
The decision to disband was taken with great reluctance after careful
study of current and future require conts. ry Council wishes to thank
every eber of HKSR.. for their loyal services.
