to be given for a minimm expenditure of £12,000 to allow for the repair of the marine terminal building, the construction of 4,000 sq. yds, hari stamling, 1,200 yds. of tarmao roadway and various incidentals such as electric cables.
It is in the interests of Hong Kong that these air services should be operated to the Colony, and we shall be glad to receive carly approval for this expenditure by the Hong Kong Goverment.
