High Commissioner in Australia has approached Australian Government to enquire whether Aus trolian euthorities approved the operation of a service by Company named to Hong "Kerg, Australian Government have replied that company named have submitted application for licence for service between Australia and Manila, but that approval has not yet been given for the grant of such a licence. Australian Government is examining economi possibilities of service between Australia, Hong Kong, China and Japan via Philippines and will approach the appropriate authorities if it is desired to inaugurate such a service. Your offer to grant facilities at Hong Kong to company named is appreciated by Australian Government, but they would wish to stress that approach by company nameî was made entirely without their authority,
