Are we right in supposing that all payments by and to the Custodian of Enemy Property are to be validated except "capital sums not due"? If any of these are re-opened what principles are to be applied to them?
Is it proposed that the Banks may ratify the payments made on their behalf by liquidators, or are all payments by and to liquidators to be invalid?
Is it possible to construct a scale under which occupation debts can be revalued by Court in present legal currency?
