BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION :—

6. For the Official Receiver supervising a special manager or the carrying on of a debtor's business, where the estimated assets exceed $1,000, a fee according to the following scale :-

If the gross assets are estimated by the Official Receiver not to

8. For official stationery, printing, books, forms, and postagos, each estato :—–

9. A fee according to the following seale on the gross amount of the assets realised

and brought to credit shall be paid :—

(i) in respect of estates in which the Official Receiver acts as trustee, when he accounts to the court under section 78(3) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1931.

(ii) in respect of estates in which the Official Receiver is not acting as trusteo, when the trustee sends his accounts to the Official Receiver under section 93(1) of the Bankruptey Ordinance, 1931.

SCALE.

$15 on every $1,000 or Imetion of $1,000 up to $50,000, $7.50 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 beyond $50,000,

Provided that where a fee has been taken on an application to approve a composition or scheme of urrangement seven-eighths of the amount thereof shall be deducted from the fee.

10. On every payment of money out of the Bankruptcy Estates Acconut 20 cents

on each $10 or fraction of $10 to be charged as follows :-

When the mouey consists of unclaimed dividonds, on each dividend puid

out.

When the money consists of umlistributed funds or balances, on the amount

paid out.
