Probate JuRISDICTION :—

Writ of attachment,

Writ of sequestration, Writ of fieri facins,

A commission at the rate of 5% on the first. $1,000. 21% on the next $4,000 and 1% on the balance, or such lower rate or rates as the Court may approve on the application of the Official Administrator in the case of any particular estate, shall be chargeable on the gross value of all pro- perty of whatsoever naturo received or taken possession of, or reulised or otherwise dealt with, by the Official Administrator under this Ordinance, Any other matter or proceeding not herein specified-The same fee as charged from time to time in the Original Jurisdiction in respect of a similar matter or proceeding.

Fees payabe in respect of small estates,

Where the whole estate of the intestate does not exceed in value $100, the sum of $1; and where the whole estato exceeds in vaine $100, the sum of $1, and the further sun of 20 costs for overy $50 or fruction of $50 by which the value exceeds $100.

The above fees do not include Probatę Dulies.

Estates sworn under $500 exempt from Estate Duty.

On every application to the Court to approve a composition a fee computed at the following rates on the gross amount of the coni- position, ¿e., $15 on overy $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 up to $50,000 and $7.50 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 beyond $50,000, 18. On every application to the court to approve a scheme of arrangement, a fee computed at the following rates on the gross amount of the estimated assets (but not exceeding the gross amount of the unsecured liabilitios), ie., $15 on every $1,000 or fraction of $1,000 up to $50,000 and $7.50 on every 21,000 or fraction of $1,000 beyond $50,000 :-

Provided that where a fee bas heen taken on a previous application to the court to approve a vomposition or scheme, or where a fee has boen paid under this table on the account submitted for aniit, seven- eighths of the amount thereof shall be deducted from the fee payablo on an application to approve a composition or sela-me.
