Where the whole estate of the intestate does not exceed in value $100, the sum of $1; and where the whole estate exceeds in value $100, the sum of $1, and the Further sum of 20 cents for every $50 or fraction of $50 by which the value exceeds $100.
Estates under $500 in value.
The above fees do not include Probate Duties. Estates sworn nuder $500 exempt from Estate Duty,

Provided that where a fee has been taken on a previous application to the court to approve a composition or scheme, or where a fee has been paid under this table on the account submitted for andit, seven- eighths of the amount thereof shall be deducted from the fee payable on an application to approve a composition or scheme.
