SURVEY OF STEAMSHIPS

Attendance at Legal Proceedings
  1. If a Surveyor is served with a subpoena, and is permitted by the Government to attend a Court of Law or Public Inquiry in his capacity as a Government Official, to give evidence or to make a statement, a fee of $75 per day is to be charged for the Surveyor's attendance.
Reduced fees of certain yachts.
  1. The fees in this Table relevant to yachts of yacht clubs which appear in the Navy List are reduced by one-half under the Order made by the Governor in Council of the 19th day of July, 1928, under section 2 of the Crown Fees Ordinance, 1870 and published in the Gazette of the 20th July, 1928.
Date of coming into force.
  1. These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1936, and shall apply to all surveys or inspections completed after midnight, on the 30th day of June, 1936.

EVENING INSTITUTE CLASS Fees

A fee of $15 per term will be charged for each subject, with the exception of the Vernacular Teachers' Classes, where the fee is $1.

"Efficient" members of the St. John Ambulance Brigade and Girl Guide Officers will be charged $7.50 only for each subject.

The Fee for the Trade Courses for Apprentices is $10 a term.
