(ii) A temporary rebate of 10% was granted on all water bills issued in respect of rited tenements, hospitals and charitable institutions on or alter. Ist April, 1934. Rebate in- creased to 15% on all similar bills issued on or after 1st September, 1934, subject to pay- ment within 14 days.
