Licence Books for all boats, $1 each.

CLASS I.—Passenger Boats.

For boats in Class A, $3 for each 10 feet or part of 10 feet in length with a minimum fee of $3, and a maximum fee of $15.

For boats in Class B, $2 for each 10 feet or part of 10 feet in length with a minimum fee of $2, and a maximum fee of $10.

The licence fees to be charged for vessels under 15 piculs used exclusively in the waters adjoining the New Territories for attending fishing stakes (within the meaning ascribed by section 29(1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899) and oyster beds and for shrimping shall be $1.00 and the licensee shall pay a further fee of 25 cents for number painting.
