The licence fees to be charged for vessels in this class shall be half those provided for Lighters and Cargo Boats.
The licence fees to be charged for vessels under 15 piculs used exclusively in the waters adjoining the New Territories for attending fishing stakes (within the meaning ascribed by section 29(1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899) and oyster beds and for shrimping shall be $1.00 and the licensee shall pay a further fee of 25 cents for number painting.
