A physical examination of each patient is made by a medical practitioner immediately on admission.
Seclusion
11 means the enforged isolation of a patient by day between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. by the closing by any menus whatsoever of the door of the room in which the patient is". The term "seclusion" does not apply to patients who are locked up in their rooms at night, as all patients sleepine in single rooms are locked up.
