In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(6), 14(7), 37(2) and 42(1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers in that behalf enabling, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds Table C in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as amended and substitutes the following Table therefor:
