ENGAGEMENt and DiscuARGE FEES: -
In addition to the engagement or discharge fees there shall be paid a fee for oach
visit according to the following scale :—
Where not more than 10 soumen are engaged or discharged

In all the above cases the actual travelling expenses of the Officers of the Mercantile Marine Office, between that Office and the ship, shall be charged in addition, if the Harbour Master so directs.
