Fees of Court or Office, &c.,—Continued.
COMPANIES REGISTRATION :—
For registration of a company whose nominal share capital exceeds $10,000, the following fees, regulated according to the amount of nominal share capital (that is to say):
For the first $10,000 of nominal capital
$50.00
For every $5,000 of nominal share capital, or part of $5,000,
up to $25,000,
10.00
For every $10,000 of nominal share capital, or part of $10,000,
after the first $25,000, up to $500,000,..

For every $10,000 of nominal share capital, or part of $10,000,
after the first $500,000,
For registration of any increase of share capital made after the first regis- tration of the company, the same fees per $10,000, or part of $10,000. as would have been payable if the increased share capital und formed part of the original share capital at the time of registration: Provided that no company shall be liable to pay in respect of nominal share capital, on registration or afterwards, any greater amount of fees than 500 dollars taking into account in the case of foes payable on an increase of share capital after registration the fees paid on registration. For registration of any existing company, except such companies as are by this Ordinance exempted from payment of fees in respect of registration under this Ordinance the same foe as is charged for registering a new company.
For registering any document by this Ordinance required or authorised to be registered or required to be delivered sent or forwarded to the Registrar other than the meinorandum or the abstract required to be delivered to the Registrar by a receiver or manager or the statement required to be sent to the Registrar by the liquidator in a winding up

IL-Br A Company not having a Share Capital.
For registration of a company whose number of members, as stated in the
Articles, does not exceed 25

For registration of a company whose number of members, as stated in the
Articles, exceeds 25, but does not exosed 100.........................

For registration of a company whose number of members, as stated in the Articles exceeds 100, but is not stated to be unlimited, the above fee of $100, with an additional $5.00 for every 50 members or less suber than 50 members after the first 100.
For registration of a company in which the number of members, is stated
in the Articles to be unlimited
For registration of any increase on the number of members made after the registration of the company, in respect of ovary 50 members, or less than 50 members, of that increnge
Provided that no company shall be liable to pay on the whole n greator fee than $300 in respect of its number of members, taking into account the fee paid on the first registration of the company.
For registration of any existing company, except anch companies as are by this Ordinance exempted from payment of fees in respect of registration under this Ordinance, the same fee us is charged for registering a new
company.
