(4.) Clubbed packets of letters to China at 5 couts per oz., which must be prepaid.
(6.) Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitations, Cards, Patterns, Bills, Almanacs, &c., when intended for addressees in Hong Kong and when posted in batches of not less than
teu of uniform size and weight are accepted at the special rate of 2 cents for each 2 oz. or fraction thereof. Such circulars should be delivered to an officer of the Post Office.
