half the above rates.
And in addition to the above fees and in respect of each and every extension of hours of business granted by the Inspector General of Police in respect of any occasion deemed by him to be “a special occasion", the following farther fees, in advance,
For Hotels:—

$25 for the first hour, and $50 for each subsequent bour, except where the extension is for a private party only, in which case the fees shall be $10 for the first hour and $20 for each subsequent hour.
For Restaurants (private purties) :-
