Provided that where a fee has been taken ou a provious application to the court to approve a composition or scheme, or where a fee hus been paid under this table on the account submitted for audit, seven- eights of the amount thereof shall be deducted from the fee payable ou an application to approve a composition or scheme.

Section 115 of the Bank- ruptcy Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 10 of 1931, on the 15th day of October, 1932, and approved by the Legis- lative Council on the 10th day of November, 1932.
