(6.) Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitations, Cards, Patterns, Bills, Almannes, &c., when intended for addressees in Hong Kong and when posted in batches of not less than

ten of unifórm size and weight are accepted at the special rate of 2 dents for each 2 oz. or fraction thereof. Such circulars should be delivered to an officer of the Post Office.
