A physical examination of each patient is made by a medical practitioner immediately on uimission. ***Seclusion" means "the enforced isolation of a patient by day between the hours of 7 n.im, and 7 pan, by the closing by any means whatsoever of the door of the room in which the patiunt is". The term "seclusion" does not apply to patients who are locked up in their rooms at night, as all patients sleeping iu single rooms are locked up.
