No drawback shall be payable unless the claim is made within three working days of the date mentioned in the export permit as the day of shipment or when the ship left the port.
The inspecting Revenue Officer shall be entitled to draw such samples free of charge for submission to the Aualyst.
WATERWOEkl LicenceS :—
(a) If on Crown land, Crown rent $1.00 per annum.
(b) If on private property, Free.
$1 per annum to be paid for right to use water in the case of both (a) and (b.)
