SPECIFICATION OF TAXES, DUTIES, &c.
Act of Colonial Legislature or other Authority under which levied.
7. For the Registration of a Conveyance when no money consideration or merely nominal consideration passes. Provided that where such conveyance is made for the purpose of effecting a partition of land held by two or more persous conjointly the Land Officer shall have power to remit the fee payable on such portion thereof as he may think fit.
8. For the Registration of a Power of Attorney.
9. For the Registration of any Order or document issued under the Seal of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, Probate, Lerters of administration in respect of any land upon which Stamp or Probate Duty has been paid, Certificate of Satisfaction, and "all other documents not herein provided for.
10. For every uncertifiel copy of acy Instrument of
record per folio of 72 words.
11. For every certified copy of any Instrument of record
not exceeding 3 folius of 72 words each.

EMIGRATION OFFICER'S FEES :-
$1 for the first lot and 10 cents for each addi- tional lot or portion of a lot after the first, with a maximum fee of $2.
