A physical examination of each patient is made by a medical practitioner immediately on admission.

"Seelusion" means "the enforced isolution of a patient by day between the hours of 7 a.m and 7pm, by the closing by any menns whatsorver of the floor of the mom in which the patient 18". The term "**eclusion does not apply to patients who are fucked up in their rooms at night, as all patients sleeping in single rooms are locked up.
