Gunpowder Storage,—Contiuner,
and so on, increasing by 6 cents per package for each 25 lb, of Gunpowder, up to nul in excess of 100 lb., aveanling us the Gunpowiler may be loose or in tins. Packages containing Safety Cartridges to be charged per 25 th, weight, 6 ernts a month, or fraction of a mouth; packages of detonators, 9 cents per 25 ib. weight, Cases or boxes of Perenssion Caps to be charged six cents for twenty-five pounds
weight a month or fraction of a mouth.
The weight of the various packages will be determined at the time of storing, and no
alteration will be allowed after they have been received into the Magazine. The Government will not be responsible for daunge by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white ante, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intiret,
