NEW TERRITORIES:—
1. For the Registration of a Conveyance on Sale, to be charged on the amount or value of the consideration money, such consideration money to include any sum payable by the purchaser in rospect of any mortgage or other debt remaining upon the property purchased or released by such purchaser to the Vendor.

Provided that where such conveyance is made for the purpose of affecting a partition of fund held by two or more persons conjointly the District Officer shall havo power to remit the fee payable on such portion thereof as he may think fit.
