5. The Widul remetion for Enteric fever, the examination of Diphtheria swabs, or of material from a suspected case of Plague or Cholera will be done free of charge, for any case within the Colony.
6. Ouly sterilo swabs for use in suspected vases of Diphtheria nul outfits for taking blood for the Widal reaction, will be supplied free,
7. Reports are issued from this laboratory on the striet understanding that they will not be used in any legal proceedings whatsoever.
