(a) Analyses of Food Materials.—When any substauru of the nature of a food, or a drug is required to bo examined as to evidenco of purity or freedom from adulteration, a uniform charge of Five Dollars is made in accordnuce with section 11 of The Sale of Food and Drugs Ordinance, 1896.
*The term "food” shall include every food or article used for food or drink by man, other than drugs or water. The term "drng" shall include medicine for internal or exturnal use. (Section 2 of The Sale of Food and Drugs Ordinance, 1896.)
