The weight of the various packages will be determined at the time of storing, and no
alteration will be allowed after they have been received into the Magazine. The Government will not be responsible fordamage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intact.
