Practically unlimited constant supply from public works.

A bathroom and lavatory is attached to each land- ing, one for European females, one for European males, one for Asiatic females and one for Asiatic males.

Water-closets of the wash-out type provided with waste-preventing cisterns are used.

• 44 Seclusion tomus "the enforced isolation of a patient by day between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.. by the closing by any means whatsoever of the door of the room in which the patient is". The term "seclusion" does not apply to patients who are inckel up in their rooms at night, as all patients sleeping in single rooms are locked up.
