1. For Registration of a Conveyance on Sale, to be į charged on the amount or value of the consideration money, such consideration money to include any suru payable by the purchaser in respect of any mortgage or other debt remaining upon the property purchased or released by such purchaser to the Vendor.

2. For the Registration of a Lease or Agreement for a lease, to be charged on the amount of annual rent reserved.

3. For the Registration of a Lease executed in pursuance

of duly stamped agreement for the same.

4. For the Registration of a Surrender of a Lease or

cancellation of an Agreement for a Lease.

For the Registration of a Mortgage or Agreement for a Mortgage whether the primary or collateral Security and for every dued or document extending the time of any mortgage and for every transfer of any mortgage, to be calculated upon the principal amount secured. 6. For the Registration of a Reassignment or redemption of any mortgage to be calculated upon the principul amount secured by or under any such mortgage.

7. For the Registration of a Conveyance when no money consideration or merely nominal consideration pusses. Provided that where such conveyance is made for the purpose of effecting a partition of land held by two or more persona conjointly the Land Officer shall have power to remit the fee payable or such portion thereof as he may think fit,
