Chinn, Coren, Formosa, India, Japan, Macao, Netherlands India, New Zealand, Philippine Islands, Siam, Straits Settlements, Timor, and United Kingdom.
(e) Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitations, Cards, Patterns, Bills, Almannes, &c., when intended for addressces in Hongkong or Ports of China at which British Postal Agencies ure established only, and when posted in batches of not less than tep of uniform size and weight (such weight not to exceed 2 ounces) are accepted at the special rute
of 1 cent each, Such circulars should be delivered to an officer of the Post Office.
