At the discretion of the Harbour Master such buoys may be let at a monthly rent at the rate of not less than that for 21 days, such letting to be subject to revora- tion at any time,

The tenant of any such buoy shall not sub-let the same and if any such Imoy is at any time unoccupie 1 the Harbour Master muy assign snel buoy to any other ship for temporary use.
