4. For Registration of a Company in which the Number of Members is

Provided that no Company shall be liable to pay on the whole a greater lee than $300 in respect of its Number of Members, taking into accoun the fee paid on the First Registration of the Company. 6.-For Registration of any existing Company, except such companies as are by this Ordinance exempted fromn payment of fees in respect of registration under this Ordinance, the same fee as is charged for registering a new company.
7.-For Registering any Document by this Ordinancc required or authorised to be registered, other than the memorandum or the abstract required to be filed with the Registrar by a receiver or maunger or the statement required to be sent to the Registrar by the liquidator in a winding up, 8.—For making a Record of any fact by this Ordinance required or authorised
to be recorded by the Registrar,
FURTHER Fees,
Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance with respect to fees and costs and to any rules made thereunder the same fees and percentages and solicitors' costs shall be payable as are provided for similar matters or proceedings in the Original Jurisdiction of the Court.
- FEES IN Winding-up,
The fees mentioned in Table A shall be taken in adhesive stamps, which shall be cancelled by perforation by the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar of the Court.
Tho fees mentioned in Table B shall be taken by the Official Receiver in money.
Whenever practicable the stamp shall be affixed or the money paid in respect of every fee before the proceeding is had in respect of which the fee is payable.
