Packages containing Safety Cartridges to be charged per 25 tb. weight, 6 cents a month, or fraction of a month; packages of detonators, 9 cents per 25 th. weight. Cases or boxes of Percussion Caps to be charged six cents for twenty-five pounds

The weight of the various packages will be determined at the time of storing, and no

alteration will be allowed after they have been received into the Magazine, The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intact.

Storage of Other Explosives :—

Nitro-Glycerine, or Glouoine Oil, Gun Cotton, Fulminating Mercury, Dynamite, Lithofracteur, Horsleys' l'atent Blasting Powder, &c., &c. Cases of above containing 25 h, and less,

containing more than 25 tb. and less than 50 b.,
