The painting and branding of numbers npon Junks and other vessela, as require.l by Sub-sections (5), (6) and (7) of Section 39, shall be done to the satisfaction of the |Harbour Master, and by persons duly instructed in that bebalf by him. The scnie of
fees for such painting shall be as follows :—
