Each pint to contain & ounces meat without bone; one ounce onions; one ounce

barley: 4 ounces Greens, yams, sweet potatoes or taro; with pepper and salt.

Each pint to contain 2 ounces oatmeal ; one ounce molasses; with salt,

Each pint to contain † ounce flake cocoa or nibs ; one ounce molasses or sugar. Each pint to contain ounce ten ; † ounce sugar.

Note.-A Europeau prixouer sentenced to imprisonment for two years and upwards, and in the First Class under the progressive stage systom, shall be allowed 8 oz. of chicken for dinner on Sundays, in additigu to the prescribed diet.
