For each nautical or other Assessor whether at the examination of witnesses or at the trial of an action or at the hearing of an appeal or upon any assessinent of damages or taking of an account according to the case per diem.

At the discretion of the Harbour Master such buoys may be let at a monthly rent at the rate of not less than that for 21 days, such letting to be subject to revoca- tion at any time.
The tenant of any such buoy shall not sub-let the same and if any euch buoy is at any time unoccupied the Harbour Master may assign such buoy to any other ship for temporary use.
