Act of Colonial Legislature or other Authority under which levied.
LIGHT DUES.
All ships which enter the waters of the Colony except British and Foreign Ships
of War, shall pay the following dues, viz., two cents per ton.
All River Steamers, which enter the waters of the Colony by day or by night, shall
pay five-sixths of a cent per ton.
